Video Proposal
The Opportunity
Roberts has thousands of powerful alumni stories but many are untold, underused, or disconnected from ongoing relationship-building. This proposed retainer-based video partnership creates a sustainable way to capture, share, and activate those stories across Advancement, Enrollment, and the wider Roberts community.

I feel uniquely equipped as a Roberts alumnus, former enrollment professional, current adjunct, and alumni council member. My goal is to bring an immediate institutional fluency to this work. Engaging as both an alumnus and peer opens doors for deepening relationships with other alumni, ultimately creating opportunity for increased giving and enrollment.
Our Services
High Street Marketing Co. is a full service digital marketing agency. The focus of this proposal is video production, but we do also offer other services as part of retainer packages. For a full list of services see our PDF sell sheet.

Video Production
HSMC has production capabilities comparable to much larger agencies. This is our content "super-power." Every video starts at the strategic level and only after we know how to maximize ROI do we begin production. We have top-of-the-line equipment and editing tools. This includes a stream-lined production review tool to make sure we are aligned with the client's vision.

Digital Advertising
We are fluent in all major digital marketing advertising tools including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TV Streamers, and more. Our team launches sophisticated campaigns that can feature text, static, or video assets. We use paid tools for keywords and audience targeting to get the best possible results. Data tracking is robust to demonstrate efficacy.

Content Campaigns
We write and manage blogs, email campaigns, web copy, and social posts. We are fluent in a wide variety of CRMs, creating campaigns, automations, and sequences. Our content is unique to each brand voice without relying on AI generation, allowing for better responses from both humans and internet algorithms alike. Like everything else, results are tracked to prove efficacy.

Roberts Wesleyan University Virtual Tour
I feel this video shows my deep understanding of Roberts. Filmed during the pandemic, this served as a way for students to get to know Roberts when travel wasn't an option. The goal was to show off the physical campus, but also give insight into the mission and culture of the university.
Roberts Wesleyan University Music Program Promo
Another Roberts centric example. This demonstrates talking head interview style content with b-roll footage. We wanted to balance faculty interviews with student testimonials to promote the program. Our messaging was focused on program excellence along with the faith-based culture of the program and Roberts as a whole.
Rochester Christian School Promo
A promo for my kids' school! This features a teleprompted narrative from the principal, a testimonial (from my wife), and b-roll of students and their daily life in school. The strategy was to balance information with emotion, showing both the practical education capacity of the school as well as the faith and culture focus.
Willow Domestic Violence Center Video
This video demonstrates the ability to write, shoot, and edit narrative pieces. The beginning of this video is scripted with voice over and then transitions into interviews. Although not a faith-based organization the tone is very compassion and love-driven. This was played live at their annual Willow Ball fundraiser event.
Cornerstone Dental Dr. Profile Video
This video is probably the best example I can provide for the style of video I would be able to produce for Roberts by visiting alumni in their workplaces. It features an interview with "run and gun" footage of them at work. The difference would be that this video features our subject looking directly into camera while ours would be interview style, looking off to the side at me as I interview them.
